General Terms and Conditions
We own our responsibility towards the nature and neighborhood around us therefore maintaining the serene surroundings is our combined responsibility. Loud music or parties are restricted at the premises – between the hours of 2200 and 0600 hrs. please take special care of not disturbing other guests/ neighbors. Unregistered guests. Smoking, drinking in public areas, consumption of drug, are prohibited in the premises. Please note that in case there is any damage please report to the team and we can sort it amicably.We are committed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Arrival and Departure
As per Government rules, guests are required to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. This requires original, government – issued photo identification.For all Foreign Nationals – Original Passport and Visa is mandatory. Room can be reserved for an adult who is 18 years and above.
Check in time is at 1400hrs, early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, a reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. Check out time is at 1200hrs, late check – outs are available on request and subject to availability, additional cost may apply.
Guarantee policy
The reservation can be guaranteed only by making a prepayment (not later than 24 hours prior to arrival). In case of an unguaranteed reservation, the property has the right to cancel and offer the room to another guest without intimation. Credit Card details are required to guarantee the reservation with a form of payment at time of booking. We hold the room as per our check in and check out policy.
Cancellation policy
Guaranteed reservations without any penalties may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival date, by sending a written request for reservation cancellation by e-mail hospitality@theaccrue.com or by exact online reservation systems, where the booking was made. In case of delayed reservation cancellation or without informing the property about reservation cancellation, the property is not liable to return the pre-paid amount for a guaranteed reservation. On the Blackout period/ long weekend/ festivals period cancellation is not possible. In case of reservation cancellation or no show, the property is not liable to return pre-paid amount. If a reservation is made via the online booking system, the cancellation shall be in accordance with their booking cancellation conditions. In emergency situations, the property can cancel the booking for objective reasons, for example: – the property does not accept liability for force majeure or other reasons which affect property service performance; – if wrong or misleading information concerning the personal identity or intention of stay is provided by booking the room; By reasonable booking cancellation on behalf of the property, the client has no right to the loss compensation.Cancellation / No Show received within the last 72 hours of arrival date a retention fee of one night tariff will be charged including bank transaction charges.In case of refund of payment, made through credit cards, applicable bank transaction charges ranging between 2.5% to 3.5% for Visa/Master /Amex cards respectively will be applied.
Children & extra adult
Children below the age of 5 years stay complimentary; children between 6 to 11 years are charged as extra person when accommodated in the existing bedding. Up to two children under 12 years of age can be accommodated by the parents with one extra mattress(at an additional charge). Kindly state your request for the extra bed at the time of booking.
If a child is above 12 years of age, the child is considered an adult and a separate room will be required at the parent’s applicable room rate. We can accommodate 2 Adults + 2 children (below 12 years) or only 3 Adults in some of our rooms.
Food & Beverage
The team at the property is equipped and trained to cook meals served in a family style eating. Outside food and beverage is not allowed in the premises. Smoking is not allowed in the property. Hookahs, narcotics, and personal music/speaker systems are not allowed in the property.
Accommodation for domestic help/driver/ baby sitter
We do not have accommodation for Chauffers’/ domestic helps or baby sitters on the premises. On prior information food and accommodation can be made available at a designated place on a chargeable basis.
Birthday & Anniversary cake
We don’t offer Cakes – however the team will make an effort to make your day special and they reserve the rights at its discretion
Damage to property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.In case of damage caused to the property by the guest, the guest is due to cover the cost of all damage.
Experiences
Experience will be charged based on the guest’s request and subject to availability of the slot that day. Any experience need to be booked 48 hours before arrival and same will be subject to availability at the time of reservation confirmation.
Pet Policy
We are excited to offer a pet-friendly environment to make your stay more comfortable with your furry friends. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please review and adhere to our pet policy
• Pet Fee/Deposit
A non-refundable pet fee of ₹ 2,500/ per stay applies. An additional refundable security deposit of ₹ 2,500 may be required to cover any damages.
• Pet Limitations
We welcome a maximum of 1 pet per room with individual pet weight limit of 22 kilograms. Exceptions can be made with prior approval.Dogs and cats are allowed. Other pets may be accommodated upon request.
• Pet-Friendly Areas
Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms and common areas except inside any restaurant.Please use the side of main porch for pet relief. Waste disposal stations are provided as desired
• Leash and Control Requirements
Pets must be leashed or in a carrier when outside the room.Guests are responsible for keeping pets under control and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.
• Vaccination and Health Requirements
All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations may be requested at check-in.Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, and other pests.
• Noise Control
To maintain a peaceful environment, excessive barking or noise is not permitted.Pets should not be left unattended in rooms for extended periods. If your pet is prone to anxiety or noise when left alone, please make appropriate arrangements.
• Owner Responsibility
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste bags are provided in the designated pet relief area.Any damages caused by pets to the property will be charged to the guest’s account.Certain breeds may be restricted based on local regulations or safety concerns. Please contact us in advance if you have specific questions regarding breed restrictions.
By bringing your pet to the property, you agree to comply with this policy. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay.If you have any questions or special requests regarding our pet policy, please feel free to contact us
Property Management’s Rights
It is agreed that the guest will respectably conduct him/herself, not to provide any disturbances to other guests, and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises.In case of breach of property rules and management policies by the guest, the management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the premises forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the management has the right to remove luggage and belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
Government rules and regulations and application of laws
Guests are requested to observe, abide by, conform to, and be bound by all applicable laws of state and central government of India. The management reserves the right to add to or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules.
Rate/ReservationValidity
Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates.Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate, or any other reservation details or variations between this confirmation and our official records is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.
